		<description>Thanks James you address a very good point here: it&#039;s a fact that different styles are best suited for bodies of a certain shape.  Looking for elements that suit you and enhance those are the more realistic approach, unless you want to change style.  So the tall and thin works better for Tao Kwon Do or Kickboxing but if you are not tall and thin you can try adapting the best techniques in your repertoire to make it work for you.</description>
