		<description>Thanks for the friendly reminder. I agree with your post. Training is something that should be sustained and I believe there is what we call a time frame for everything that should be followed in order to a attain a certain goal. Irregular training or practice will surely destroy everything even you if that&#039;s the case.</description>

		<description>I strongly agree with this post. It happened to a lot of people out there, a lot had accidents and have been hurt and it is even more excruciating to say that many of them did not recover that easy from their injuries. This is why it is important to have a regular practice. Thanks for the reminder.</description>
